Job Description：

1. Ability to review designs and apply changes to those designs to customer needs.
2. Communicate and responsible for documentation of the engineering division.  (Drawings, Technical information, work instructions and ect of the products)
3. Communicate with Customer and Sales and how to apply products.
4. Communicate with MFG and Purchasing to achieve cost targets.
5. Communicate with Vendors, in insure Maxcess Quality.

Requirements:

EducationMust have a BS in Mechanical Engineering. 
Personal CharacteristicsOpen minded and willing to work in a team environment. 
Also must be a great motivator and mentor to his engineering team. 
Another good trait would be that he/she has cross functional experience. 
Work ExperienceMinimum of 3 years running a Engineering Team with design experience. 
3－5 year track record in the engineering field. 
Capital equipment design is also a plus.
